State level Farmers Training on Modern Goat Farming organized at PGIVAS, Akola
 
Five days online farmers training programme on “Modern Goat Farming” was organized by Dept.of LPM, PGIVAS, Akola during 26th to 30th October, 2020. The programme was inaugurated at the hands of Dr. B.M. Thombre, Associate Dean, College of Agriculture (VNMKV), Ambajogai under the chairmanship of Dr. A.U. Bhikane, Associate Dean of institute. Total 85 trainees participated in training programme. Various experts from MAFSU, Nagpur; VNMKV, Parbhani and MPKV, Rahuri imparted knowledge to the participants on various aspects of goat farming. Dr. Girish Panchbhai, Assistant Professor, Department of LPM, PGIVAS, Akola worked as Training Co-ordinator whereas Dr. D.M. Badukale, Dr. M.R. Wade and Dr. P.S. Kuralkar worked as co-coordinators for successful organization of training.
